Responsibilities:
o Greets customers promptly o Obtains customer and vehicle information o Verify and document customer concerns o Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer o Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history o Verifies warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records.
o Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts o Establishes follow-up time o Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently o Verify that final invoices reconcile with work performed on the repair order o Explains all completed work and charges to customer
Qualifications:
o Must enjoy working as a team o Must be a people person o Organizational skills o High volume mentality o Customer focused Job Type:
